JH Zane promises to refund any item that you are not completely satisfied with. Fill out the return/ exchange form enclosed in your package, get in touch with us on customerservice@jhzane.co.uk with your name, order number and the reason of your return, our team will be in touch and send you the return label via E-mail, you can just simply print it out and book a collection at your convenience time, or you can drop it off at your closest drop off point, our customer service team will provide you with more informations on this.

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you are entitled to 14 calendar days in which to return your order. International customers are entitled to 28 days from the day you receive your order. In event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid for the items. Return items will be refunded excluding original shipping costs.

Please note that items should be returned with tags in place. Once we received your item, you will be fully refunded. Your refund can take up to 10 working days to be processed and we will not be able to accept any returned items outside of our returns period.

In rare chance you receive faulty goods, please return to us and Jh Zane will repair, replace or refund them(item permitting). Please note that sales items are non-refundable but can be exchanged either for a gift card or for another item of equal or higher value.
