Return Policy JH Zane promises to refund any item that you are not completely satisfied with. You can now use our automatic return centre which is located on the top right corner, to submit your exchange/return request. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a link via email with your shipping labels, you simply print them out and book a collection at a convenient time, or alternatively drop it off at your closest drop off point. Please contact our customer service team if you need extra assistance on this matter.

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you are entitled to 14 calendar days in which to return your order. International customers are entitled to 28 days from the day you receive your order. In event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid for the items. Return items will be refunded excluding original shipping costs.

Please note that items should be returned with tags in place. Once we received your item, you will be fully refunded. Your refund can take up to 10 working days to be processed and we will not be able to accept any returned items outside of our returns period.

In rare chance you receive faulty goods, please return to us and Jh Zane will repair, replace or refund them(item permitting). Please note that sales items are non-refundable but can be exchanged either for a gift card or for another item of equal or higher value.

Force Majeure Events outside JH.ZANE’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that JH.ZANE is released from JH.ZANE ‘s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc. Payment All products remain JH.ZANE’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. If you are under 16 years old you must have parents’ permission to Buy from JH.ZANE All transfers conducted through JH.ZANE are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made. Local Taxes Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Additional Information JH.ZANE reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, JH.ZANE has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way.
